When it comes to the music industry, Mike Ziemer is a man of many hats! Starting in 2002, Ziemer began interviewing bands and reviewing albums for online magazines in order to get into shows for free and meet his favorite artists. After building up a large list of contacts, he was asked by a local band to manage them. The band’s first request was for Ziemer to help them put together a concert in the suburbs; the rest was history.
In March 2004, Third String Productions was born, and since, Mike has led the charge for hundreds of shows a year, and Unsilent Night and So What?! Music Fest, bringing tens of thousands of fans together per day.
Ziemer is also a partner in Furnace Fest, taking place annually in Birmingham, AL, featuring a wave of bands primarily from the late 90s and early 2000s hardcore and post-hardcore scene while still being inclusive of current up-and-coming bands in those genres.
FOUNDER / PARTNER
Arturo first got involved with music by playing guitar in hardcore bands through his late teens and early twenties, which is where he first met Mike Ziemer. After a solid run playing shows, two small tours, and releasing an EP, Arturo changed things up, left the band, and joined Mike's Third String Productions for a short stint as their marketing intern.
In 2015, Arturo moved to Austin, TX, where he started his first business, growing it to 7 figures in annual revenue, and later joined a series of venture-backed tech startups where he built products in the e-commerce, real estate, and accounting industries.
After six years of grinding away in tech, the opportunity to launch Restless as an independent entity came up, and Arturo (stage) dove right in. The rest... well, you're seeing it now.
MANAGING PARTNER
Steffi embarked on her journey in the music industry back in 2016, interning for esteemed music venues during their college years. Since then, her passion has propelled her through various roles, including positions at a major label and a recording studio.
With a keen eye for emerging talent, Steffi has carved a niche as a hip-hop talent buyer, specializing in underground rap and up-and-coming artists.
Her dedication to fostering the next generation of musical talent makes her a valuable asset in the industry.

Darek "Kimblee" Gomez is a Texas-born talent buyer, tour DJ, and overall tastemaker who resides in Dallas, Texas.
With a career spanning almost a decade, he has steadily become a driving force for the hip-hop scene across not only the state of Texas but beyond. Helping a number of artists break through and provide stepping stones for their careers in the music industry in multiple scenes, including Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Abilene.

Meet Harrison, a dedicated live music enthusiast with a fervent passion for rap.
Harrison's journey into the realm of live music began with an appreciation for the energy and raw emotion that only live performances can deliver. His love for rap music led him to join the Restless Shows team, where he channels his enthusiasm and expertise to elevate rap shows and festivals across Texas to new heights.
As a marketing assistant for Restless Shows, Harrison utilizes his creativity and strategic insight to amplify the reach and impact of each event, ensuring that audiences are captivated and artists' voices are heard.
